Patty Gacutan

Patty Gacutan has been a Loan Officer for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation since 2010. Previously, she worked for Metlife Home Loans and Sun City Lincoln HIlls as a Loan Officer. 

As a Loan Officer serving homeowners; small business clients; and personal customers; in Sacramento & Placer County Patty enjoys assisting customers with their financial needs.

Patty’s greatest strengths are her knowledge and experience. She has exceptional organizational skills; and ability to analyse product advantages or disadvantages. Just as important, Patty enjoys her job, particularly the social aspect of meeting with clients and helping customers solve problems. She assists in analyzing customer information while building customer relationships.

Patty brings over 20 years experience in the field as a Loan Officer. She has completed  numerous courses in accounting, finance and economics at Sierra College and CSU Sacramento.

Patty lives in Placer County with her husband;  When not working, Patty enjoys gardening, quilting, dancing & working with the local Kiwanis Club.
