Chad has been in the mortgage/real estate business going on 8 years now. He’s been through the market when is was at it's highest point and he’s been through it at it's worst. He specializes in working with first time home buyers and for him, there is nothing better than seeing their faces when I hand over the keys as you’ll see on his Facebook fan page and YouTube channel. He takes a very different approach compared to most loan officers. With his grandfather being such an big influence and his mother being a loan officer for 25 years, he’s adopted an old school approach to doing business where you're not just a number. Chad will be there to walk you through every step of the process, make sure you're comfortable and educate you as you move along in the process.

His pride and joy is his family. He has 3 beautiful girls, Audrey, Emma and Haley and his wonderful wife Kristen. When Chad isn’t working you can usually find him playing hide and seek or fairies and princess games and wrestling with Haley. :) He also loves to play golf when he gets the time, snowboard in Lake Tahoe and attend just about any sporting event when the opportunity arises.
