Nicole Chase

With over 15 years experience in the lending and real estate industries, Nicole Chase serves a wide range of clients in the Reno/ Sparks area. Nicole focuses on helping her customers achieve their dreams through home ownership.

Nicole’s success as a loan officer is supported by her passion for helping her clients solve their problems and advising them of product advantages and disadvantages. Nicole’s greatest strength is building long-term relationships.

Nicole lives in Reno with her partner, Rick Hennig. Her two sons live in Northern Nevada and her daughter and grandchildren own and manage an organic farm in Vermont.

Despite her busy career, Nicole makes time to be involved with community organizations. Nicole has served on the Board of Directors of the Sparks Chamber of Commerce. She co-chaired the committee that produced the first Star Spangled Sparks at the Marina. Nicole was also honored in 2002 with the Affiliate of the Year Award by the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors.
