Katherine Miller-Flanigan

Kathy Flanigan has been in mortgage banking for 39 years. She started as a processor with Mortgage Associates in Phx., AZ. Mortgage Associates was purchased by Fleet Bank and she worked for them for 27 years. Kathy was a loan originator and managed production branches in Phoenix, Az and Reno, NV. working for Fleet. She transferred from retail sales to a management position in the home office where she managed multiple operations departments. Kathy became the VP of National Operations for Fleet Funding Group in 1991 and subsequently transferred to South Carolina. She remained in charge of National Operations until her retirement from Fleet as Senior VP in 1998. Kathy and her husband moved from South Carolina to Reno, NV in 1998. 

In 1999 Kathy went to work for Wells Fargo in Reno NV as the Northern Nevada Operations Manager. She was only in that position for 1 year as Wells moved all operations to Az. She then took an Assistant Regional Sales Manager position at Wells and stayed on until 2003 and then she went to work at CTX Mortgage in Reno of April, 2003. There she managed both the retail and builder sales and Operations groups. She left CTX in September of  2007. Kathy then worked for Bank of America in Reno as a Branch Manager from 12/2009 until fall of 2010 when she  joined MetLIfe as the Branch Manager in Reno. She stayed at Metlife until joining Mason-McDuffie Feb. 1, 2012.
