Tim Stout

Tim Stout joined Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation in 2011 to open branches and to help build a major presence in the Texas Market and surrounding States.

Mr. Stout entered the Mortgage Industry in the 8o’s as a Loan Officer and has been in Management for over half of his career, while still producing.

He has opened and managed multiple offices with success throughout Texas, with other Large Mortgage companies, and banks, and has been acknowledged for his accomplishments in production and profitability.

Mr. Stout is originally from the Midwest where he attended Iowa State University and majored in Industrial Administration, with an emphasis in banking and finance.

He was also a member of the Cyclone football team.

Tim has a grown son, a black Lab, and horses. He is very active in his Church and enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing.
