Patricia Torres

Patricia Torres has been a Loan Officer for over sixteen years. She has worked for major finance companies including Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Countrywide/Bank Of America, American  General Finance, Associate Financial Services, Mellon Financial Services and currently Mason-McDuffie Mortgage. She held the titles of Branch Manager, Assistant Manager and Loan Officer.

Patricia works with first time homebuyer programs by helping buyers get financial assistance from the State and City programs. She is currently the Chair of St. Lawrence O’Tooles’ School Board. She is an active member of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce and a former Board of Directors of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Alameda County. Mrs.Torres is also a former director of the Hispanic Realtors Association.
