Bill Murphy

Bill Murphy has been a Loan Officer for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation since 2011. Previously, he worked for Keyser Marston Associates, Cushman Wakefield and Kenneth Leventhal as a Real Estate Appraiser, Advisor and Consultant. 

Bill's success as a Loan Officer is supported by his excellent communication skills and proven organizational ability, combined with a passion for people and finding the right home financing solutions.

He graduated from U.C. Berkeley with an MBA in Real Estate.  

Bill Murphy lives in the Oakland Hills with his wife Elizabeth and their two children. When not working, Bill likes to exercise, travel and attend sporting events with his family.

He is a member of the Corpus Christi Men’s Club (CCMC) in Piedmont and has served as the CCMC’s President and is the clubs current Treasurer.  He has also done voluntary work for Corpus Christi School and has initiated community programs such as a sponsorship campaign for the school’s annual crab feed.
