Bob Rea

Bob Rea joined Mason-McDuffie in October 2011 to help lead the expansion in the Pacific Northwest. Although Bob’s residential mortgage roots began in Michigan and Arizona, he has been originating loans and managing companies in the Pacific Northwest for the past 36 years.

When he joined Mason-McDuffie, he was reunited with much of the senior management team that he worked with when they were partners in the original Mason-McDuffie Mortgage in the late 1970s and 1980s. He has always worked out of the Pacific Northwest but his region also included Nevada and Arizona.

Bob started his own company after Mason-McDuffie which was later purchased by a large national lender. He served as president of Pacifica Mortgage Company in the early 2000’s and later continued managing branch offices for other companies until rejoining Mason-McDuffie. Bob intends on using his many contacts to open new offices both inside and outside the Pacific Northwest. 

Bob resides in Edmonds, Washington with his wife Susan. He has two grown daughters, Lindsay and Tristan and one grandson.
