Stewart Reichardt

Veteran mortgage banking executive Stewart Reichardt has joined Mason-McDuffie Mortgage to lead its expansion in the South Bay and throughout the Bay Area.

As vice president for regional production in Northern California, Reichardt will be establishing branches with experienced loan officers. He’s already brought an office in Capitola onto the Mason-McDuffie team.

In addition to expanding the business with new branch offices, he also will manage the Pleasanton office.

The expansion mission is a familiar assignment for Reichardt, who started with a cell phone and no office most recently when he established three branch offices for PNC Mortgage, a division of PNC Bank.

He’s also been a manager with Metlife Home Loans, GMAC Mortgage, and Washington Mutual. In one assignment, he took over an office doing about $3 million in volume monthly and increased it to $30 million a month with expanding a team of 3 loan officers to 14.

Reichardt has spent 21 years in the mortgage banking business. He lives in Saratoga and is a graduate of Fresno State University.
