Bela Singh

Bela Singh has been a Loan Officer for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation since 2011. Previously, she worked for Metlife Home Loans, Prospect Mortgage and Wells Fargo Home Loans as a Senior Loan Officer. 

As a Loan Officer serving a wide range of homeowners in the San Francisco Bay Area,  Bela enjoys assisting customers to match the correct mortgage products for their needs.

Bela’s success as a Loan Officer is supported by her excellent communication skills, combined with a passion for helping customers solve problems.

Bela Singh’s greatest strengths are her enthusiasm and ability to analyze product advantages and disadvantages. Just as important, Bela enjoys her job, particularly building customer relationships. Also, seeing clients in their new homes brings tremendous satisfaction.

Bela graduated from Lady Irwin College, New Dehli with a B.Sc. She has continued her professional education with certifications in Marketing Management. 

Bela Singh lives in San Ramon with her husband J.P and their 2 children. When not working, Bela likes to cook and entertain.

Bela is an amateur chef who enjoys nothing more than to try new recipes and invite friends over. She also enjoys going for walks, knitting baby sweaters and reading.

Despite her busy career, Bela makes time to be involved with community organizations. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and has served as the Treasurer of the Cal High Music Boosters.

Bela Singh was honored in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 with the top producer award by every company she has worked for outstanding service.
