Rick Williams

Rick Williams grew up outside of Syracuse in the NY Finger Lakes. He graduated from Wharton and went to the Peace Corps in Colombia. Rick is an experienced mortgage loan officer in the Monterey Bay with Aptos Mortgage and Pacific Inland.  He relocated to Campbell in 2011 to focus on energy efficiency financing for the entire Bay Area. Rick leads the Realtor Outreach Campaign, ROC, for Energy Upgrade California in the County of Santa Clara. He also teaches Energy Efficiency Opportunities for Realtorsat Skyline & Ohlone Colleges. The focus for 2012 is Renovate and Rebate, turning distressed homes into eco efficient homes for new homeowners and investors. Rick is a Mortgage Consultant for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation.
