Patricia Villalobos and Ashley Silverman have been named employees of the month

SAN RAMON-Patricia Villalobos and Ashley Silverman have been named employees of the month for December by Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corp.

Patricia was honored as the production employee of the month. Her manager, Victor Burela, said, "Patty is one of the most kind and loyal persons I've met. She treats every client the same way, no matter how big or small the loan is. Most of the time you see her laughing and smiling."

Patricia routinely is the top producer in the Salinas office. She closed eight loans in November that totaled more than $1.3 million in volume.

"Patty is a great asset to our team and she always shares what she's learned and offers to help others in any way she can," said Burela.

"Her Realtors and clients have very good things to say about her."

Ashley was recognized as home office employee of the month for her work in human resources. She has been promoted into a management role in the compliance department and did double-duty in both departments while transitioning into her new position.

She has been with Mason-McDuffie for 2 ½ years and has built a reputation as a value and efficient employee.
