Mason-McDuffie believes in rewarding those who excel. While numerous other lending institutions no longer offer incentive trips, we continue to acknowledge our achievers in tangible ways. Each year, we hold an annual awards trip in Lake Tahoe inviting producers and managers in the top 10%. It is during this fun and enriching event that we recognize and award these key performers; enjoying the fruit of our labor while witnessing Mason-McDuffie’s core ideals in action.
