Herbert B. Tasker Chairman		Herb Tasker is a highly respected mortgage banking executive having played a pivotal role in the formation of Mason McDuffie Mortgage Company. His original involvement as Chairman and CEO dates back to 1982. Mr. Tasker has since been successfully involved in the formation and sales of other mortgage companies including All Pacific Mortgage and AIG Centre Capital. He is the former President of the National Mortgage Bankers Association of America, as well as a former President of the California Mortgage Bankers Association and President of Southern California Mortgage Bankers. He currently serves on the boards of First American Title and AmNet Mortgage. Other board appointments include University of San Diego and the University's Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate Policy Advisory Board. Mr. Tasker holds the esteemed title of Certified Mortgage Banker ("CMB") and is a registered California Real Estate Broker. He received a degree from Colgate University and earned a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of California.
Marilyn J. Richardson President & CEO		Marilyn Richardson is an experienced mortgage professional and one of the founders of Mason McDuffie Corporations. In 1972 she served as Operational Manager for Mason McDuffie Financial, becoming the first female partner in 1979. Ms. Richardson has since successfully directed operations for several mortgage companies in the Bay Area including RBC Mortgage, Zino Mortgage Group, Countrywide Home Loans, Union Security Mortgage and ITT Financial. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Mason McDuffie and she is responsible for operations of the Company. Ms. Richardson received a degree from Diablo Valley College.
Jack Radin Chief Financial Officer		Mr. Radin has served as a senior financial executive or a senior capital markets officer with several types of financial services firms, though the vast majority of his experience has been with mortgage banking companies. He began his mortgage banking career at the original Mason-McDuffie Company in 1980. He joined the successor to the original Mason McDuffie Company in 1982 as the assistant controller and remained in that position until the sale to Weyerhaeuser Mortgage in 1984. At Weyerhaeuser he was Vice President of Capital Markets until 1989 at which time he became the Director of Risk Management. He remained at Weyerhaeuser Mortgage as a Managing Director until 1998. While with Weyerhaeuser Mortgage he served as a director of Republic Federal Savings, a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Mortgage. In 1998 Mr. Radin took a position as Senior Vice President with Mellon Mortgage in Houston, Texas. Between 2000 and 2008, Mr. Radin held senior management positions at financial services firms, including Pedestal, Inc., an Internet firm, E*Trade Bank, Mortgage IT, American Home Mortgage, and Lime Financial, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse. In 2009, Mr. Radin joined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer, rejoining the management team he had worked with for many years at the original Mason McDuffie and at Weyerhaeuser Mortgage. Mr. Radin has been an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and has served as the Chairman of its Public Securities Committee. He has also been featured speaker at many of the Association’s conferences. Mr. Radin has a BA in Social Sciences from Stanford University and an MBA from Tulane University.
William Godfrey  Director of Risk Management		Bill Godfrey is a highly accomplished mortgage professional with numerous years of experience in senior management and board appointed roles. Mr. Godfrey is one of the founding partners of Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Company, serving as Director of Risk Management from 1982-1984. Since then, he has held various senior level positions such as President and CEO of AIG Centre Capital (1999-2004) and President of Diversified Capital Banking (2004-2006). Mr. Godfrey specializes in secondary and capital markets with a strong background in risk management. He currently serves on the board and is EVP Capital Markets of Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation. He is also a member of MBA’s Secondary and Capital Markets Committee. Mr. Godfrey received a B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Lyle Shearer Executive Vice President of Production		With over 35 years of mortgage industry experience, Lyle Shearer joined Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation in 2009 as the Senior Vice President of Production. He is responsible for overseeing multiple mortgage branches in several states and indentifying new territories to expand the Mason-McDuffie name.  “I enjoy the challenge of finding the right individuals who believe in the common goals of our organization,” states Mr. Shearer.In addition, he prides himself on his leadership skills and his ability to build production teams which further supports the success of the organization. Mr. Shearer has previously worked for Rainier Mortgage, All Pacific Mortgage, and Irwin Mortgage. He has held the positions of loan officer, branch manager, and operations and production manager. Mr. Shearer is a Vietnam veteran having honourably served 4 years in the United States Navy. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and boating with his family.
Bill Simpson Senior Vice President of Production		Mr. Simpson is the Senior Vice President of Production for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the management of a California retail production branch. In addition, he is responsible for the development and execution of the business plan for the credit union production division. He also serves on the company’s Executive Committee. From 2004 through the first half of 2005, Mr. Simpson managed a production office for RBC Mortgage. The branch averaged over $30 million dollars a month in production. Prior to its sale, Mr. Simpson was the Regional Sales Manager for CUSO Mortgage, a division of RBC Mortgage. During his two years with CUSO, he managed the production of loans originating from credit unions in over 40 states. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Simpson was Executive Vice President of Omni Funding Services, the Credit Union Division for Diablo Funding Group. Previously, he was a Mortgage Consultant and a Sales Manager with Diablo Funding Group and Pacific Financial Mortgage; the two merged in 1993. He entered the mortgage industry in 1991, after holding several management positions with IBM in New York beginning in 1980. Mr. Simpson is a Vietnam veteran with the United States Air Force. After being a part of the POW Homecoming team, he was Honorably Discharged.
Kevin Conlon Senior Vice President of Operations		Kevin Conlon is the Senior Vice President of Operations and has been with Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation since August, 2006. Previously, he worked for Delta Lending Group as the Branch Development Manager and Zino Financial as Vice President of Business Development.He was also the founder of a small boutique recruitment firm. Mr. Conlon’s greatest strengths are his passion and commitment.He believes in doing things right the first time. He truly enjoys his job and the people he works with. Mr. Conlon is a member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association and is currently serving in their Future Leaders Program. In addition, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker and recently earned his Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation and is working towards completion of his Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Conlon has been married for 10 years to Angie and they have two sons, Kyle (5) and Garett (3). When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, cooking and reading.
